The Raptors head into the NBA All-Star break on an improbable two-game winning streak and feeling confident about themselves. The question is, how long will it last? And what can general manager Bryan Colangelo do to improve a roster that needs some fixing? And back-to-back wins over Minnesota and San Antonio notwithstanding, the GM does have some issues to deal with. Toronto is 21-34 at the break, still within smelling distance of the Eastern Conference playoffs but that can't be, and isn't, their main goal. They need to improve their athleticism and consistency on the wings, there are major issues at backup point guard, where they've been primarily using starting shooting guard Anthony Parker for about a month, and health issues are dogging Chris Bosh, who's missed...
